Anthology (Instrumental – for Wednesday)
Using the essay planner and the notes in the resources folder on Moodle write an essay on the following title:
“Identify features of the Haydn that are typical of the Classical era”
Your essay should be structured as follows:
- Introduction
- NINE clear points in separate short paragraphs
- Conclusion, incorporating the final point to make TEN in total
NOTE: You need to give at least three clear examples, but the more the better
Anthology (Vocal – for Friday)
- Make sure you have read sources 1 and 2 in the Dekker resources folder on Moodle and made brief notes on Ska, Rocksteady and Reggae (no more than a single side of A4)
- Learn how to play up to bar 18 of the Dekker (we are playing it in D – chords and parts for bass and Bb instruments are all on a sheet in the resources folder on Moodle)
Composition (Tom’s Group)
Complete a short section of music representing light. It must refer to at least one clear influence.
